Day 2

I decided to start more programs... The 200 situp program, and the C25K program (Couch to 5k)

My results for today:

100 Pushups: Total Reps: 50

200 Situps: Total Reps: 81

C25K: 31 minets of running!

I had a good workout day and im starting to feel the burrrrn! :)

Day 1

Well to start off my name is Thomas, Im 13 years old, and I am trying the challenge, the challenge is that at the end of a 6 week training period, i will be able to do 100 consecutive pushups.

Today, I started.
I started off with a test to see how many I can do. Turns out I can do 14!

I did 10 Pushups, then 12, then, 7, then 103. Woops!

I was suppost to do 9 minimum and it said 9 (min), so i thought it was how many I could do in 9 minets... oh well. the more the better...

I did a total of 139 Reps in 15 min.
