Day 2

I decided to start more programs... The 200 situp program, and the C25K program (Couch to 5k)

My results for today:

100 Pushups: Total Reps: 50

200 Situps: Total Reps: 81

C25K: 31 minets of running!

I had a good workout day and im starting to feel the burrrrn! :)
